Kariyer.net is a leading job board that connects recruiters with jobseekers across various industries.

Challenge
I was tasked with designing a New Year desk calendar that Kariyer.net could gift to its clients. The calendar needed to be both original and engaging, while subtly promoting the brand.

Approach
I collaborated with the marketing team to develop a concept centered around “discoveries and innovations.” Each month featured a different milestone (such as the invention of air conditioning, 3D printing, and credit cards etc) paired with messaging that integrated Kariyer.net into the narrative.
I adopted a colorful, vintage-inspired visual style supported by custom illustrations to create a distinctive and memorable design language.

Outcome
The final calendar delivered a unique and engaging brand experience for employer clients. Beyond serving as a calendar for a single year, the non-date pages were designed to be used as posters, allowing the piece to remain relevant and visually engaging over time.
