Kariyer.net is a leading job board that connects recruiters with jobseekers across various industries.

Challenge
I was tasked with designing a New Year promotional notebook that Kariyer.net could gift to its employer clients. The notebook needed to communicate the platform’s value by highlighting its large jobseeker base and their data, such as the number of jobseekers and total CVs. It also included demographic insights such as age, education, experience, and location, along with Kariyer.net’s products and benefits.

Approach
I developed a space-themed concept to present the data in a more engaging and memorable way. Under the headline “Why Kariyer.net,” I designed an infographic that visualized key metrics and insights, transforming complex data into a clear and compelling narrative. The design balanced informative content with a strong visual concept, making the information both accessible and visually impactful within the notebook format.

Outcome
The final design turned the notebook into more than a simple promotional gift, effectively communicating Kariyer.net’s scale, data strength, and product value. It provided employer clients with a clear understanding of the platform’s advantages while reinforcing brand perception in a creative and engaging format. The infographic was also adapted and used as a mailing asset, extending its reach beyond the physical notebook.
